Valley Farm’s annual wine production with seasonal variation is around 20 ton and over the years the crop has been sold to a number of distinguished winemakers.

Historically about 4 ton has been retained for our estate label ‘Trellis’. In 2015 James Halliday’s Wine Companion ranked Trellis 5 red stars and prior to that, within the 10 Best New Wineries of the year.

Grab a cellar door touring map (see below) and plan your stay. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the most widely grown varieties along with the later ripening Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz make stunning cold climate wines.
